A breach of any Terms will result in an immediate termination of your access to our Services.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS & ATELIER STANDARDS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for legitimate commercial reasons at any time.
You understand that your non-financial content may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Payment card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks via certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment providers. You agree not to duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service or product designs without express written permission from Harmain Leathers.
SECTION 3 - NATURAL LEATHER CHARACTERISTICS & COLOR ACCURACY
Each Harmain Leathers piece is handcrafted using genuine, premium leather hides:
• Organic Hide Variations: Genuine leather possesses natural organic variations, including subtle differences in grain texture, pore structure, and tonal shading. These are hallmarks of authentic full-grain and top-grain leather, not manufacturing defects.
• Digital Display: We make every effort to display product colors and textures as accurately as possible. However, because display calibrations vary across mobile devices and monitors, we cannot guarantee your screen display of any color will be 100% identical to the finished leather piece.
SECTION 4 - ORDER FULFILLMENT & MADE-TO-ORDER LEAD TIMES
To preserve master craftsmanship and eliminate warehouse degradation, select pieces are finished in limited artisanal batches:
• Crafting & Dispatch: Order crafting and inspection lead times generally take 2 to 4 business days prior to carrier handover.
• Estimated Transit Times: Stated delivery windows (e.g. 8 to 14 business days for international destinations) are good-faith estimates dependent on global air freight schedules and customs processing. Harmain Leathers is not liable for carrier delays caused by customs inspection or extreme weather events.
SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES AND PRICING
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or collection without liability to you or any third party.
SECTION 6 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT ACCURACY
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order (including orders placed under the same payment card or billing address). If we modify or cancel an order, we will notify you via the email or phone number provided at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and shipping information for all orders.
SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS & TOOLS
Certain content, payment options, and tools available via our Service are provided by trusted third parties (such as Shopify, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Meta). Your use of third-party tools is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
SECTION 8 - USER REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS
If you submit reviews, photos, suggestions, or feedback to us, you grant Harmain Leathers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, publish, and distribute such feedback across our marketing channels and storefront.
SECTION 9 - PRIVACY & DATA USAGE
Your submission of personal information through the store is strictly governed by our Privacy Policy: /policies/privacy-policy. Identifiers utilized for advertising attribution are pseudonymized using SHA-256 cryptographic hashing.
SECTION 10 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally information on our site may contain typographical errors, pricing errors, or inaccurate transit estimates. We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders if any information on the site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after order submission, with an immediate full refund).

In no event shall Harmain Leathers, our directors, master craftsmen, affiliates, or logistics partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harmain Leathers and our affiliates, partners, and contractors from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.

These Terms of Service and any separate purchase agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom.
