Each pair of Harmain footwear is individually handcrafted to order in our atelier. Please allow 12–14 business days for our master shoemakers to cut, last, Blake stitch, and hand-patina your shoes prior to dispatch.

Yes. Once your order enters the atelier, our team monitors each stage. As soon as your pair completes final quality inspection and hand-burnishing, you will receive tracked worldwide courier dispatch details via email and SMS.

Our shoes are crafted on refined European and British dress lasts and fit true to standard UK dress shoe sizing. If you wear US or EU sizing, please refer to our interactive Sizing & Sole Guide modal or contact our atelier directly via WhatsApp (+44 7307 535560) for tailored sizing guidance.

You can exchange unworn shoes for another size or colour within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Try your shoes indoors on a clean carpet to keep the soles unmarked, then contact us to arrange the exchange.

Unworn items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty. See our returns and refund policy for details.

We source exclusively 100% full-grain French boxcalf and Italian calf leathers. Full-grain leather preserves the natural hide strength, breathing naturally and developing an exquisite individual patina with every wear.

Yes. All our classic dress footwear features authentic Blake lockstitch construction. Unlike glued or cemented fast-fashion footwear, Blake stitched soles can be easily resoled by any master cobbler, ensuring your pair lasts for many years.

Beneath our glove-soft full calfskin lining lies a natural cork filler core paired with a tempered steel arch shank. Over time, the cork gently molds to the unique contours of your foot, delivering bespoke ergonomic support.

For all orders within the United Kingdom, all taxes and VAT are fully included. International shipments are sent via express tracked international couriers with clear delivery tracking updates.

Insert cedar shoe trees immediately after wear to absorb moisture and prevent creasing. Wipe away surface dust with a soft brush and nourish the leather periodically with natural beeswax polish or balm.
