Harmain Leathers Global Shipping & Atelier Delivery Policy
At Harmain Leathers, we reject mass-market automated assembly. Each pair of footwear and handcrafted leather outerwear piece is shaped, hand-stitched, and individually finished by master artisans at our dedicated leather atelier.
To ensure pristine leather condition and prevent prolonged warehouse degradation, goods are prepared in limited batches and dispatched via express air courier directly from our atelier to your doorstep.
1. Two-Stage Delivery Process
Every order undergoes a two-step fulfillment journey:
Stage 1: Atelier Craftsmanship & Quality Inspection (2 to 4 Business Days)
Before dispatch, your leather item undergoes final edge-finishing, leather conditioning, hand-buffing, and rigorous quality inspection to guarantee flawless craftsmanship.
Stage 2: Express Air Courier Transit
Once passed by our atelier inspection team, your parcel is handed over to our premier international air courier partners with full door-to-door tracking:
• United Kingdom & Western Europe: 8 to 12 business days (Royal Mail Tracked / DHL Express)
• United States & Canada: 10 to 14 business days (DHL Express / FedEx Priority)
• Australia & New Zealand: 10 to 14 business days (Australia Post Global / DHL)
• Rest of World: 12 to 20 business days (Tracked International Express)
2. Transparent Shipping Rates
• Standard Insured Atelier Delivery: Calculated transparently at checkout based on destination and parcel weight (Free delivery promotions apply automatically when cart thresholds are met).
• All orders are dispatched in protective, climate-resistant packaging with dust bags to preserve leather suppleness during transit.
3. Live Tracking & Delivery Updates
• As soon as your order clears courier intake, an automated shipping confirmation containing your tracking number and live courier tracking link is transmitted to your email.
• Real-time updates allow you to monitor your package from dispatch to final signature delivery.
4. Customs, Border Clearance & International Import
• International shipments are processed through regional customs authorities in accordance with destination country regulations.
• Any local import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees imposed by destination customs are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Stated delivery timelines are good-faith estimates and exclude unforeseen customs border delays or national postal holidays.
5. Address Accuracy & Secure Signature
• Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at checkout. We cannot re-route parcels once air couriers have taken possession.
• If a package is returned to our facility due to an incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect from a local courier depot, the customer is responsible for re-dispatch postage.
